We’re excited to welcome Pauli Yngve Laursen, as Investor Relations Partner at STEAR.

Pauli will play a key role in connecting high-potential Energy & Tech startups with the right investors. He’s stepping in to build our investor platform, STEAR Venture, and strengthen the investment side of our ecosystem; bringing together the right people, the right capital, and the right startups at the right time.

This is a discipline that not only requires vast experience in business, strategy and finance, but also a strong relational and human approach.

STEAR is built on a unique ecosystem within energy and tech entrepreneurship, working closely with industry leaders, startups and investors to accelerate the transition towards a more sustainable future. As a key part of succeeding with this, Pauli is the lead of creating our investment platform.

STEAR Venture is a key step in strengthening access to capital and accelerating the next generation of Energy & Tech companies, not only in Sønderborg, but nationally and internationally.

In his role, Pauli will:
• Build and strengthen our investor network
• Match high-potential startups with the right capital
• Facilitate early-stage investments and future funding rounds
• Drive investor-focused activities and partnerships - also across borders

Using his experience from the financial sector, where relations building with industry leaders and investors have been crucial, we are safe to say that investors and the startups couldn’t ask for a better connection.
